Many nanotoxicity studies have been published by a consortium of researchers tasked with establishing environmental toxicity levels of various nanomaterials. Meliorum has provided a number of these materials for study in support of this effort. We are ecstatic that UCCEIN has chosen our cerium oxide and zinc oxide nanomaterials as standards for various environmental/plant-based studies. Many peer-reviewed academic publications outlining matters related to safety of nanomaterials have been generated thus far, some of which will be featured or linked to on this site. We look forward to supporting the academic research community as they assess risks and implications to generate handling and disposal rules worldwide.
